Cant drag and drop effects CC
This morning I could add effects to clips in the usual drag and drop manner, all of a sudden I have the white hand but also a white circle with a diagonal line thru and I can’t drag and drop any more. The track is highlighted and I just can’t find a reason why, tearing my hair out, help appreciated.

Same problem. Only happens on one of two video tracks. This is in 6.5.
