Can’t determine framerate on MXF

I’ve got some footage I shot almost a year ago on an HVX-200. I can’t for the life of me remember what framerate I used. I think it’s either 1080 30p or 1080 60i. Is there a tool that will tell me?

You can open an XML file in the clip folder and check it out.
