can’t copy/paste an audio file?
Aloha gang..have a bunch of files on seperate time lines that I want to add a common short intro with audio to each time line. Itried to group the v/a and copy /paste and would not work. Tried just the video part and that would work so I did that individually for 12 tracks then tried to c/p the audio part and would not work. all timelines have a/v already but paste won’t happen. Looked thru prefs for a setting to fix but no joy..any ideas? Thanks for your time..bobt…..I plan to render each time line seperate as they are rides from a dressage horse show, hence the common short intro..thanks…..V10d,w7,8GB

I can select my audio events and ctl,c then place curser on the timeline of another instance of Vegas and ctl,v and they copy.

I have dragged an event to another instant of Vegas I thought.

It’s not clear what you’re trying to do. What does “I tried to group the v/a” mean?
I think that you are trying to copy/paste a track group. Which Vegas currently won’t do.

Aloha Steve..video/audio….I have a small clip that has video and audio and want to add it to the front of other tracks after I will render each track as a seperate project but can’t rt click copy/paste to the other tracks. Tried to group the v/a and paste as one and tried to paste seperate but does not happen. Thanks for your time…bobt
