Is the camera recognized in System Profiler? What computer? Any other devices connected?

    All the best,

You can get a cable that will go from four-pin FireWire to nine-pin FireWire 800, which you may need to do. You should be able to daisychain the camera as you have it, but try taking one of the drives out of the chain, so it goes camera to drive to computer, and see if that does it.

    All the best,

    Tom
