Can’t burn dvd inspiron 9200
i can’t burn a dvd inspiron 9200 with a phillips cd-rw/dvd cdd5263 burner. Is it that i need updated firmware or is it a driver? I have to call
dell,but, was wondering if anyone had such a problem themselves. thanks, John -

i am using vegas 4a. movie and dvd and their arcitect for burning. Thanks for asking. I updated my program through sony, but, still have no luck burning it. john
