Can’t add Adjustment Layers or Title to timeline
I can’t drag titles or adjustment layers to the timeline but i can drag video clips

The first thing I would immediately go to check is your track patching at the far left of the timeline.
If you were dragging to V2, for example, but it was not highlighted in the track patch, you would not be able to drop anything on the track.
Is that the source of your problem?

Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.
