    Can’t Access Preferences

    The program crashes when I try to access preferences: I get this error msg: \src\legacytime.cpp-95. What could be causing this? Thanks…

    Hi John,

    Have you tried trashing your preferences?

    Hold down the Alt [Win] or Option [Mac] key while you launch Premiere. Keep holding it down until you see the Welcome Screen.
