Canon xlh1 capture
Hi I am trying to capture from my Mini dv xlh1 to premierepro cs6. Im sure this used to work fine but recently tried to capture, and it is not showing a list of clips in the premier pro project pane. I have scene detect switched on and selected xlh1 in the settings, but I am just getting nowhere. tried on win 10 and win 7 but still nothing. The prremier softwhere is telling me the capture is taking place but its not. I appreciate this is an old setup but its all in perfect working condition any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What are you using for camera-to-computer connection? How long ago (and what OS) was the last time things worked on this computer?

Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2017.1 (as of 8/2017)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
