Canon Repair Facility
I have a Canon GL2 and I think I messed it up. I’m a wedding videographer so I only use it on the weekends, but for about 10 hours each time. On my 4th wedding, the “Clean Heads” flashed so I stuck in my head cleaner. Well, I’m still getting drop-outs and I just can’t understand why. Unfortunately, I had never sent in my warranty information…I know I know…I’m stupid. Where is this Jersey facitilty located and about how much does it cost to send in for a head repair? I don’t have another wedding until April so I thought now would be the perfect time to do this. Thanks so much!!!
