What are the best project settings for Premiere CS4 with video shot on a Canon Rebel T1i set at 1280 X 720.

AVCHD 720p30
Should match your source, although GSpot shows the codec as H264, I think it is actually AVCHD “Lite” and may require a 4 barrel computer to play from the timeline.
