  Canon HF-10 Camcorder

  I have had the HF-10 for over a year. I haven’t used it much because the software provided, Pixela Imagemixer, is very difficult to use on Windows Vista. I connect the camera to the computer, and most of the time the look it gives is different every time. Following the instructions the system still is fussy. It seems that if I plug in the camera or start the program out of step, it doesn’t want to work. Can anyone help?
