Canon CLOG3 recording on Ninja V

Hey there, im fairly new to the more complex side of recording.

My question is- if I have my canon R5 rigs setup to record in CLOG3, but im using the Atomos Ninja V to record in ProRes format- Is it still LOG footage?

In Premiere Pro, the footage doesn’t look like log footage, and when I apply the LUT CLOG3 bt.709 to rec.709- it seems too overdone and not natural before color grading.
