  Canon C500 raw workflow!

  I am about to potentially rent a c500 and an Oyssey 7Q for a music video shoot. I am hesitant because I am not familiar with the .RMF formats. I use a PC. I have downloaded the canon raw management utility and a few sample clips, but cannot get them to open in Davinci Resolve 10 and or after effects, even after converting them to dnx. My question is: How do I do this, what are the best workflows for the Canon C500 on a PC for colorgrading in Davinci or AE CS6? Would I be better off with the 1D C and motion jpeg? What are the real differences in visual quality? Thanks in advance for ANY and ALL advice!
