Canon C300 Mark III Viewfinder Suggestions
I’m looking at purchasing a couple C300 Mark IIIs. Does anyone have a recommendation for a viewfinder for that camera? The flip up screen is really nice, but when getting action b-roll I need a viewfinder for more precise focusing. Having both viewing options on my C300 Mark IIs has been ideal. Thanks!

Although Zacuto makes several very fine viewfinders for this camera, the hands down favorite is the Canon EVF-V70.

Both the EVF-V70 and the EVF-V50 are great options for the C300 Mark III. The choice between the two would come down to how you plan to mount the camera on your person. The V50 works well if you want to run the C300 like a DSLR, holding it up to your face with the camera body in front of you. The V70 form factor works best for shoulder-mounting.
