    Canon C300 card recovery

    Hey Guys,

    I have a question about data recovery with the C300. I’ve tried a few consumer programs with no luck with data recovery but here’s what happened. I had footage on a CF card, it was initialized in the c300 and then someone shot about 8 GB over it before I could pull the card. Is there any way possible to recover or is it completely lost.

    Any help is appreciated.

    File Scavenger works GREAT, but it costs. I could recover an entire 80Gb partition thanks to this program, that I accidentally formatted when installing xp (I deleted the partition, but I didn’t reinstall on top of that, so no data was overwritten, that’s why I could recover it)
