  canon 5d workflow

  I have a question regarding canon 5d workflow.

  I’m editing a short film shot on the canon 5d in avid mc 5. I was planning on linking to the ama files
  and then transcoding to Dnx36 for the offline edit. I was curious if anyone knows how I go about
  converting the footage back to dnxHD for the online. Is Dnx36 the best codec to transcode too, or should
  I transcode to dnx115?

  I haven’t been able to find many forums on the proper steps to converting the footage back to dnx175,
  so I was wondering if anyone has some experience with this. The project is 1080p/23.97. This is my
  first edit with the canon 5d workflow so I’m kind of new to it, and would appreciate any help.
