Canon 5D workflow options
We recently used the Canon 5d Mark II on a shoot and as you can imagine, the footage is incredible. We are currently still using Vegas 8.0c on an older computer and have edited many EX-1 & P2 projects just fine. However, it is an understatement to say that it struggles to handle the Canon .mov 1080-30p clips!
Is the best work flow to use Neoscene to convert the 5D camera footage to CineForm AVI? Will this yield the best results or is there a better solution?

The consensus that I am seeing is the NeoScene is the way to go. It has specific support for this camera and Cineform edits very easily in Vegas.
