Canon 5d Strobe Light artifact: how to fix?

password: cowHere is a link to some footage I shot at an underground party. I would like to create just a short segment of the dance floor, and I’m looking to stylize it since the strobe lights wreaked havoc on my 5d’s CMOS sensor.
Any editors out there have any ideas? I’m in FCP X but can work with this segment in any program really.
