  cannot view MXF files in Premiere Pro CC (shot on Sony F55)

  Hello,
  I am having a problem importing my MXF files into Premiere Pro CC. I even downloaded the (Sony_PLAD-RW1_v1.2) so I can view the Raw files, but I keep getting the message “The Importer reported a generic error”.

  I even tried multiple conversion programs from MXF files to MOV, Pro Res, ect… but when it was exported I would only get audio. I even installed the XDCAM Browser and still I get no picture, I only get audio.

  I read on another form that “you MUST have the XAVC root folder structure intact.” I am not sure really what that is or what the structure should look like. I just got the hard drive directly from the DIT, so i assume everything is in order.
