If anyone can help on this I will be grateful. I am stuck severely, I was using LiveType to make lower third graphics. One day the livetype graphics are working fine, then a few days later I pick up where I left off on the project and add a few more Livetype files and they won’t preview. So I go to render all the timeline and this is the error i get.

“Codec not found. You may be using a compression type without the corresponding hardware card.”

I have never seen this error before, and let me tell you I tried everything I could think of to fix it and still same error message. I tranferred the project to another computer, I converted the Livetype file to .mov, I changed FCP audio/video settings, compression settings, and other small stuff. All my work is now locked up until I can render the timeline and export the file. Has anyone delt with this?
