cannot render alpha channel in Media Encoder CC 2017
I selected quicktime as my output, PNG as my codec but there is no 32 bit depth option in the settings. The only option is 8 BPC + alpha and that does not do it obviously. No alpha options appear. I cannot set it to straight unmatted. This tells me that there is no alpha channel.
RGB+Alpha is not an option in my Media Encoder so I cannot use that.
Can somebody tell me the real way to do this? Because every website including this one has false information on how to do this.
