Cannot get mapped keyboard to work Final Cut 7
I’m trying to custom layout my keyboard in Final Cut. All of the mapped keys work except anything I assign to function keys. Any thoughts on that? I’ve even tried assigning function keys with the Option key combo – it always just brings up default OS mappings.
I’m on Final Cut Pro 7 and Snow Leopard.

Open the SYSTEM PREFRENCES. In there, open KEYBOARD/MOUSE. Click on the Keyboard tab. Check the box USE F-KEYS AS STANDARD KEYS.
