can you run two decklink cards in one machine
I already have an extreme card in my system and it works great but now I need to capture HD footage. Can I just add a Decklink HD card into the mix and run them both?

There’s no need to do that. Decklink HD also does SD.

Yes but the Decklink HD does not have component IO nor analog audio…

exactly…I need my component out so just putting in the hd card isn’t a long term solution. And putting in a HD pro card would cost more and mean just ditching a working extreme card.
