Hope I’m posting in the proper forum…

I have an FS100 and a Canon 5D MkII. I’m looking to buy a shoulder mount to use for either camera with the following provisions: I want a rig that uses some sort of support mechanism for the front of the rig (to keep the arms from straining), i.e. a rod that seats into a belt worn around the waist or a rod that rests against the chest and I want the ability to mount the entire rig onto my tripod. Most of my work involves sit down interviews then b-roll and I don’t want to take the time to unscrew the tripod plate off the camera, then screw the rig plate back on, then vice-versa. I’d be rigging the camera, a Marshall 7″ monitor, a VidPro on-camera light, and my heaviest lens is a Canon EF 28-135 (I listed to give idea of weight I’m rigging). Any suggestions?
