Can you Media manage more than 1 project at a time in Premiere CC?
I have about 170 projects that have been gutted (cleaned up) and now need to be media managed. Is there any way to batch or automate this process?

Nope. Since you can only have one project open at a time, you can only Media Manage one project at a time. I have not seen any outside or third-party solutions.
