Can you install FCS 3 on Mountain Lion
I had posted this earlier….I am about ready to delete Final Cut Studio off of my MacBook Pro. I was having a problem with not being able to upgrade to FCP 7.0. My question is this — I have the FCP 3 install discs and the serial.
If I completely removing all Final Cut Studio Programs….when I install the disc, should I be able to install FCP 3?
I just want to make sure before I get rid of it and end up being stuck with only Final Cut 10!

Are we talking Final Cut Pro 7? Or Final Cut Pro 3?
Final Cut STUDIO 3?
FCP 7 installs fine on Mountain Lion. FCP 3…NO WAY!

My mistake…I meant FCS 3. So I have all of my Final Cut Studio discs. What the best plan of attack to uninstall and install FCS – specifically FCP 7.
I downloaded FCS remover….can someone give me directions on how to proceed?
