I can’t find a way to create a keyboard shortcut to add an audio keyframe in the timeline. Is their an easy way to ride the audio levels?

    Thanks in advance,

    Allen

The Audio Mixer can add volume keyframes as you “ride” the track slieder in any mode but “read”, but beware…the keyframes are “track” not “clip” keyframes and dont move when you move a clip.

So, if i insert for example 5 seconds of black in insert mode at beginning of the timeline in all the tracks, then i must adjust again the keyframe on all the audio tracks???

Yes. The audio mixer works on tracks, not on clips. You move the clip and the keyframes do not move.

Get used to using nested sequences. That way, the entire sequence looks like a single clip. So adjust your audio on one sequence, then use it in another.
