    Yes, but I’m not sure I understood what you meant so here’s both answers …

    To change the radius of the rounded corners only without changing the overall size of the mask (i.e., reducing the corner curvature) –
    Draw the mask, switch back to the Selection Tool, click off of the mask (so that all of the vertices aren’t selected at once), then select each vertex you want to move one at a time … you’ll probably need to hold the Shift key so the sides of the mask stay in place while you move each corner vertex.

    To change the radius/size of the whole the mask –
    Draw the mask, switch back to the Selection Tool, double click any one of the vertices so that the white transform box appears, drag any corner of the transform box in or out to resize the mask … hold the Control & Shift keys if you want the mask to scale evenly and retain the same center location.
