You can get close to this with the Transition “Page Roll” .. or you can use the “Linear Wipe” transition with a black bar added on the track above using track motion to move it across the frame in sync with the Linear wipe.

Yes, I have a tutorial on my web site on how to do it:

    wow thanks for your tutorial.
But I want the line of the split screen to be moving left and right(in the video above 1:01), so that it can used for scene transition.

You can use keyframes to move the cropped image over time or you can use the “Linear Wipe” transition as Paul recommended.

Linear wipe doesn’t quite get you there as I believe the OP wants a black bar to act like a windshield wiper back and forth .. he’ll need to do the black bar (use solid color in generated media) on the track above using track motion keyframed to match the Linear wipe effect.

A bit tricky but comes close to the effect OP wants.

Oh yea, I forgot that Sony Linear Wipe doesn’t have a border. I always use BCC Linear Wipe from Boris Continuum Complete which does have a border and is exactly the transition he’s looking for.
