Can this be done in Motion??
I found this online, and was wondering if its possible to create something like this in Motion or would you need Shake?
Also how would make something like this.

Ok that worked. Hmm- it kind of depends what aspect of that video you wanted to recreate. If you had the street as a still and the animated shadows as footage with an alpha channel or keyed to luminance sure.
