  can t see preset

  Hi everybody,I install the trial version of AE 7 Pro,and when want to see the preset preview with A.Bridge, I can only see the icon, he doesn ‘t show me the prevew clip,and with all this bunch of effects, is not easy go one by one..
  Maibe I forget to set up something?
  I apreciate your help
