Can PremPro CS6 capture SD video in .mov format ?
Someone told me that Premiere Pro CS6 can already capture SD video from miniDV tapes directly in .mov format instead of .avi capturing with firewire (without using a capture card), I guess it can’t be truth
does anybody knows about this ?
I’m checking if CS6 really worths the effort to upgrade

It should. the presets are there.

You’re fine. It captures it as .avi. If not, I’m sure you can figure out how to make that happen. 🙂

has anybody have use prem pro CS6 to capture SD video as .mov instead of avi using wirefire ? I just would like to be sure if it really does it in .mov (not using a special capture card)
