  • Can Premiere read audio track name metadata from a poly file?

Posted by Susan Weimer on May 3, 2017 at 4:53 pm

I was given a poly file , the sound mixer labeled every track name on set. TK 1 = BOB, TK 2 = Fred etc.

When brought into Premiere, that information is nowhere to be seen in the metadata. I know the information is there but I can’t see it when I place the audio files in the timeline. Anyone got any advice?
