  • Can I view sequence markers in the browser?

Posted by Katie Van on April 25, 2008 at 2:51 am

    Hi,

Is there any way to view sequence markers in the browser the way you can with a clip’s little triangle? Or, if I’m in a sequence is there any equivalent to the Avid Locators Window to see my markers listed?

    Thank you.

If you open the sequence (of which you can open as many as you want) you can see the markers in the bottom of the canvas window. Hit shift up arrow and shift down arrow to cycle through them.

If you have a bunch and need to locate one, control-click on the timecode window on the right side of the top of the canvas window and you will see them listed towards the bottom of the drop down menu that appears.

Hope that helps a bit anyway.

Yes the control clicking is exactly what I was hoping for, thank you!

You can also control click on the Timeline ruler. Try that.
