Can I recreate this logo using element 3d?
Wanting to create an actual 3d spiral from this logo. Am I able to do this using Element 3d?

You’ll have to model it somewhere else (in cinema 4d all you need is a helix a path and a sweep)…but you can render very close to that image using E3d in AE.
