Can I capture XLR audio with IoHD?
I’ve been using 2 IoHD’s for HD-SDI video/audio capture and they’re great. I’ve got a music event coming up and we just need to capture the audio, NO video, and I’m wanting to use the Io to capture 4 XLR line inputs (from the line out jacks of my mixer) and send them out via the firewire and capture the audio in Garageband or Soundtrack Pro. I tried last night but got nothing–the AJA Control Panel app says “device offline”??
Any ideas?

Send video to it (any composite signal will do). Don’t know if it will work in STPro, though.
use FCP or VTR Exchange.
