Activity Forums Maxon Cinema 4D Can I add simulated lens filters to my cameras?

    Advanced Render offers some of this trickery, but frankly I don’t find it rather exciting or high quality. I’d rather apply a few compositing tags (object buffer)and do a multipass render so you can tweak everything in AE. If that’s not an option, then yes, you need to re-adjust all materials and tweak the built-in glow until it looks right.

    Some of these effects can be simulated by Post Effect filters such as LSD from 3D Attack or Pleasantville from Motion Gimmick. Just be sure that the plugins run with you version of C4D and check out the demos first (if available).
