Can I achieve this multiple animations within shape with shape layer repeater?
Please check the attached video. Is this possible with shape layer repeater? or how can I do this motion?

Gosh, that looks complex. The shapes need to be a specific height, depending on their X position and their width changes. You might not be able to do this with the shape repeater, but if you get a single bar working, you could just then duplicate the layers.
