    Can HD card output HD and SD simultaneously?

    I just built a system (G5) around the Decklink HD card which has 2 HD-SDI outputs. I have one of them going to an HD Link to feed a 23″ LCD. Can the other be used to feed the SDI input on a SD broadcast monitor giving me previews of the full HD signal and a SD down-convert simultaneously? Is there any cheap and easy way to do this?

    Hi Sean,

    The HD Pro card supports simultaneous HD/SD output. However the other DeckLink HD models do not.
