Can Final Cut Express Import/Edit MP4 Files?
Hello, any help would be greatly appreciated on this question: does Final Cut Express import and edit MP4 files? I can’t find it in the specs.

No, it can’t. You can probably convert it to DV using MPEG Streamclip, but it depends on what the actually MPEG-4 content and format.
