Can Capture footage at 24 but not 30
I’m trying to capture footage from my varicam shoot recorded at 30 fps with a system frequency of 59.94. I try and load the footage via the konaLHE and have it remove the duplicate frames. All seems fine until I go to actually capture the footage and then final cut tells me there is no video. If I try this with test footage shot with the same camera and same settings with the frame rate at 24 it works fine. Even if I try and capture the 24p at 29.97 or 30 fps it loads it fine. But as soon as I try footage recorded at 30fps it goes dark. doesn’t matter what frame rate I select (29.97 or 30) it just won’t work. Can anyone give me some ideas on what to chase down?
