  Can anyone sort this for me please?

  Hi,
  I’m creating a website in dreamweaver which has a bar at the bottom of the screen. Its got text in it which is centralised when at normal size but when I scale it down to a smaller screen size the text gets chopped of the bottom left hand side of the screen. I can’t scroll along to see it, it just isn’t there. Has anyone got any ideas why this is and how it can be fixed using HTML?
