We have a 2007 Mac Pro that is currently running snow leopard. However we have another Mac Pro running Mavericks and the Creative Cloud. We want to the two computers to be able to exchange project files if need be so I need some guidance on installing Creative Cloud on the older Mac Pro.

    The specs are:
    Mac Pro 2007
    Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    3 GHz
    Processors – 2
    Cores – 8
    Memory 16gb

It is running Snow Leopard but I would update to Lion to run the Cloud.

My main question is even with an OS update would this computer be able to handle the requirements for running Adobe After Effects CC and Adobe Premiere Pro CC?

I recommend asking questions like this on the application-specific forums, not this seldom-read Creative Cloud forum.

That said, the simple answer is that, yes, this computer should be able to run the current versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro. You can try the trial version to make sure for yourself.
