    i know this is probably pushing my luck, but are there any plugins out there that can replicate the effect of adding a camera like in after effects where just moving that will reflect proportionately on all layers below.

    I ask because my situation is this; I’m pre-composing tons of green screen stuff in a music video cut that will be flying between different depths which will be done later by compositors in shake, however the client wants to see that roughed out, any suggestions?

    that’s what i thought, looks like they just get really rough roughs, not enough of a budget to have me doing anything in after effects for a rough draft deliverable

    There are 3D DVE plugins, even a crappy 3D DVE filter in FCP, but none have cameras. You would have to nest things to accomplish what probably wouldn’t even be close to what you’re really looking for.
