  • Camera Zoom causes layer to become transparent

Posted by Dan Donaldson on February 9, 2012 at 9:34 pm

Hello. I am having a problem. I have composition with several objects and I am trying to achieve a zoom effect. However, whenever I zoom in on my composition, a couple of the objects become transparent. This is particularly weird since not every layer changes opacity. If anyone knows the solution, I would be grateful.

    Thank you

    Hey Dan
Are all the layers 3D or is it a mix?
Do you have motion blur turned on for some and not others?

All layers are 3D layers and yes, I have motion blur on for some objects and not for others.

then turn motion blur on for all of them or create an empty adjustment layer and place it right below(layer # composition wise) your “fading” layer so it will break the 3d stack.
