  camera zoom asap

  i have this artwork televison on my screen i want to play a few seconds of the clip and then zoom in and have what was inside the artwork televison to take up the whole screen. I cant seem to figure out the scaling, anchor point,etc. to make this happen. does anyone have a few tips for me thanks asap
