Camera shake or earthquake effect
Posted by Stanomatic on June 14, 2006 at 5:25 amIs there a filter or tool in After effects 6.5 that would be a fast way to do a camera shake or earthquake effect?

June 14, 2006 at 6:08 amQuaker, an Animation Preset free from Scott Frizzle. It’s a gem.
https://scottfrizzle.com/free.html
Applying Preset the first time:
Select the layer you wish to affect, and go to Effect > Apply Favorite.
Find Quaker on your harddrive and select it (quaker.ffx).
(I recommend you put it in your Abode After Effects>Support Files > Presets folder,
that way it will always appear in your Preset menu.) -

June 14, 2006 at 7:34 amQuaker uses tow Sliders, Frequency and Magnitude, and motion tile to fill in the gaps (edges exposed when you wiggle a layer). It comes with a pdf explaining all, and it’s free.
