Camera rig.. create guide to visualize Depth of field range
Good Morning AE world,
I’m creating a camera rig. What I want to do is create a visual guide to show the Aperture / DOF Range.
I’ve created a rig, which I am more than happy to share. It’s loosly based on Moltons rig.
What I want to do is attach two nulls one for near and one for far.. parent them to the focus null of the camera. And when I move them forward or back it automatically adjusts the Aperture. I’ve got a slider for the blur level.. I just thought it would be great to have some visual representation.
Once I had the null’s set up. I would then apply an 3d beam between the two nulls. showing the range..
