    Hey everyone,

I’m new to C4D and have been looking all over the place for some decent projection man tutorials to no avail, so I tried to figure it out on my own. Here’s the problem….

All other planes are displaying the texture except for the left side. Any ideas? Thank you very much.

    Best,
    Craig

Suggest you have a look at Cineversity. There are a couple good ones available for free; you just have to register at the site.

Thank you. Took a look at those and still can’t get the left side to show up. Any ideas? Thank you very much.

    Best,
    Craig

    I can’t tell from the screen but I’m thinking a few things…

    1. the alpha of the object is not the same as the psd layer. <– maybe you selected the wrong alpha when applying the material to the object in Proj. Man?

    2. the missed object is not under the same material in the projection man panel.

if all else fails, create a new material/projection camera relationship and apply it only to the needed geometry, then use the same image or even a modified psd with only the needed texture/alpha.

    or…

group all objects with the same texture together, then apply the projection to the group collectively.

    good luck,
    J
