This may seem crazy/stupid… My camera seems to retain its memory even after keyframes are altered. Is there an explanation for this? Can I clear a camera memory. For example, a move to pickup a face in a window is erased leaving a straight zoom between two normal linear keyframes. Upon preview, the camera move is still evident.

    Thanks,

    John

This sounds like the famous boomerang keyframe effect. Here’s a tutorial on it Part one and Part two. Those tut’s have some other useful tips.
You can also read about the boomerang effect in the AE help file here.
